Since 2017, Barefoot Facilitation has been proud to facilitate the Leadership Excellence Program for the Construction Association of Nova Scotia (CANS). Last Fall, Barefoot Facilitation delivered the Leadership Excellence Program for frontline leaders at Pomerleau (Atlantic), with outstanding results.

Last Fall, Barefoot Facilitation delivered the Leadership Excellence Program for frontline leaders at Pomerleau (Atlantic), with outstanding results.
In a recent spotlight by CANS, Pomerleau Regional Vice President – Atlantic Canada, Lorin Robar shared some insights into their perspective of the program:

Participant feedback noted not only a strong development in leadership knowledge, but sharpened capabilities that go hand in hand in building strong leadership qualities. There was immediate, noticeable impact from staff who attended the course in their ability to step up, communicate and handle challenging tasks or scenarios.
