This month marks 17 years since I took the leap into full-time entrepreneurship and launched Barefoot Facilitation Inc.
Seventeen years of building something from the ground up. Of saying yes before I knew exactly how, and figuring it out through grit, humility, and a deep belief in the power of good process and meaningful conversation.
Over these years, I’ve had the privilege of working with clients across Canada to co-create facilitation solutions that bring clarity, foster connection, and move people forward – together. From remote communities to big cities, kitchen tables to conference platforms, I’ve witnessed the power of dialogue to transform how people work, lead, and show up for each other.
I want to deeply thank the team members and subcontractors who have brought their smarts, heart, and integrity to this work over the years. You’ve helped shape Barefoot into what it is today!

To the colleagues and friends who’ve shared encouragement, offered advice, or just listened when I needed it – your support has meant the world.
As I look ahead, I feel a blend of gratitude and curiosity. The world keeps changing, and so does the nature of our work together. But what hasn’t changed is the need for real, human-centered spaces where people can think, feel, and learn – together.
