Barefoot Facilitation Inc. has a sixteen-year track record as the facilitation solution of choice for a growing group of non-profit, public and private sector clients across Canada. We work with clients to co-create process facilitation and training solutions that are relaxed and informal while being results oriented and engaging.
Due to recent rapid growth, we have an immediate opportunity for a lead facilitator to support active and pending projects. The incumbent must be Nova Scotia based and shall be responsible for facilitating in-person and virtual group processes and learning experiences.
Our ideal scenario is to mentor an individual who is passionate about moving into an associate partner relationship, following year one, with an interest in transitioning into full business ownership over the next few years as Gerard Murphy, Founder and CEO, explores semi-retirement goals.

- post-secondary education or equivalent in a field related to facilitation, learning and development, or talent and organizational development?
- over five (5) years relevant experience as a facilitator of group processes and learning experiences?
- a willingness to represent the Barefoot Facilitation Inc. brand and deliver core workshops, using standardized company design and materials?
- a valid Nova Scotia driver’s license
What sets you apart?
